GRANULAR, POWDER AND ORGANIC CONTROL

The system adapts to any machine with volumetric piston meter for solid fertilizing, such as limespreaders, cultivators, broadcast fertilizers spreaders and others. An electronic controller actuates a proportional control valve that varies the speed of a hydraulic motor, hence getting a wide range of dose variation within maximum and minimum engine torque limits. Our controller is highly used in cultures such as sugar cane, grains, coffee, palm, citrus fruits, forestry and others.

FEATURES OF THE VCOM AS A FERTILIZING CONTROLLER

The fertile software can control up to three products independently, with doses at fixed or variable rate via prescription maps. Available options: sensors for the monitoring of fertilizer drop, guidance system and auto-steer can be used jointly. The software also allows for automatic shut-off over already applied areas and in headlands, working in conjunction with the guidance system. Special configurations for the operation of spreader plates or conveyor belts, hatches, feeders or pneumatic turbines are also provided.

WORK LOG

The system generates georeferenced maps that allow you to have a detailed record of the operator’s work. WhiIe operating, it stores such data as date, starting and finishing working times, applied dose, speed, hectares, terrain elevation, applied and no-spray area. Our Agromaps Software generates reports and post-application maps of all registered variables, which enables you to visualize and analyze all these data, hence allowing for better decision-making.
